CCM ver 7. Backup problem

Hi

I have CCM ver 7 , when i want to take manual backup to my laptop through MSftp , the Bachup status reaches to 60 % and then no action then i restard the CCM and do the backup manual again but backup status reachs to 60% and nothing later

please can you help me ASAP

What version of OS are you running?

What is the version of CCM? Any patch?

Was this working before? If yes what changed?

try sftp software

u can download the pgm from internet
