Modified softkey's function

Hello,

I would like to ask how can I get into the script directory (the directory that contain all the xml file) and how can I modify/change the softkey's function. Example: I want to change the function of Redial button to another function.

I think for that what you want to do you have to log in to CUCM, and modify the Softkey template.( Device -> Device Settings -> Softkeytemplate )

There you can assign different functions to the Softkeys depending on the phone state ( on hook, off hook.....)

Then, I would like to ask do you know how to get in the script directory ? Because I need to change the home screen of the IP Phone, example displaying a company's logo.
