hi i have a confusion does CRS 4.0.(5)SR2 supports IP communicator ? I cant understand what has been written in the following document http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_compatibility/matrix/crscomtx.pdf . At Client the Cisco CAD is now using IP communicator but the quality of Voice is not good even though QOS policies etc has already been applied

Hi

UCCX will have NO impact on your voice quality. I'm sure you'll find that if you make a normal non-IPCC call you still have poor voice quality.

Normally it's due to badly configured switch ports (assuming that your hardware phones are OK).

You need to be trusting DSCP, not CoS (often the case if you've incorrectly configured AutoQoS).

Post your LAN switch configs for a start.

Aaron
