Hi,
Recently I added additional ports in the unity telephony integration manager for the integration with CCM. The ports are registered with CCM and everything works great. The issue is that, i am not able to see the DNs of new the ports added in UTIM where as the old ones are listed correctly. Am I missing anything here?

Are the new ports licensed?

Yes. I would not able to add new ports if there are no additional licenses.

did you restarted unity after modifying the integration in UTIM??

Yes. I did multiple times. It looks like I may have to re-add the ports again in Unity. A TAC engineer suggested that.
