Why can only 3 Autonomous 521 APs be deployed ?

The Cisco 500 series docs say that only three Autonomous AP 521 can be deployed in a network.

(In another PDF,

it mentions upto 10).

My question is :- Is this ONLY a limitation of the CCA tool ?

If so, can I just use the Web interface on the 521 (standalone) to config and deploy more than three ?

(It looks like there is no web interface on the 521 AP, but I am sure that the CCA talks to the AP via http/https or some other protocol.

Eg On a Cat 500 which has no CLI , I can execute IOS commands by going to http://<ip>/exec/level15

So I expect there must be some way of configuring the AP directly...

Or, is there any other technical reason ?

I a well aware that this is targetted to the SMB market etc... My aim is to understand if this is a TECHNICAL limitation or just a MARKETING thing...

I have this problem too.
