DN 1000 called DN 2000, system-wide no-answer timer is 12 seconds, can I setup 3 seconds (~1 ring) for DN 2000 only? so if DN 2000 did not answer in 1 ring, the call will be forwarded to another DN

Hi Guy,
***This can be changed on a per Device basis on the Phone configuration page> Directory Number Configuration> via No Answer Ring Duration = x number of seconds.

What UCM version are you running ?
