Unity Connection 7.x not recongising calling number

Hi, I am running ccm 7.x and unity 7.

When a Voice mail users wants to access their voice mail they do not directly hit their mail box, but always hit the auto attendant from where they need to enter the * to be prompted for there mailbox and password.

Everything else works fine

Is there a way around this, as I haven't struck this probelm in previous versions?

i'd check the routing rules, sounds like someone messed around with them

Someone did play with the routing rules.
