If we have different call handlers on the unity and they have different numbers how can we call them from call manager phones? Do we need to add a gateway to call manager for the unity and make route patterns ?
create a CTI RP with CFA to VM and match the extension you assigned to them in unity
OR use call routing rules to reach them
