Hi there,
i have a facing this problem, when put a phone in CFA, i see the signal that is in forward to other DN, when we call to that have CFA, receive a busy tone.
I.e. DN 1000, 2000 and 3000
Put CFA 2000 to 3000
1000 calls 2000 and get busy tone.
I check CSS & partition, is fine.
I try to remove and put again the 2000, put in another model phone ( 7960 and 7912 ) but nothing change.
Its strange! because all call are internal's

What version of Call Manager?
On the Call Forward section under the line settings you should put a CSS there. By default it's set to None

The version is 5.1.3.2000-3
on the call forward settings i check the CSS and it is ok. The phone "have permission" to forward the call

I rebooted the cluster and back to work
