Hi!

How can I be sure that the redundancy offered by the cluster solution is really working? I mean, how can I be sure that if the publisher crashes, the subscriber will guarantee the CM services?

first of all check your CCM groups config and confirm the phone has both in their config, then:

a) stop CCM service

b) use an ACL to block communication phone-ccm

Hi!

On System > Cisco Unified CM Group I can see the Publisher and the subscriber. Is this enough to check CCM groups config?

On one of the phone's browser page I have on the network configuration:

CallManager 1 (CM Pub. IP)active

CallManager 2 (CM Subsc. IP)suspended

CallManager 3 (gateway IP)

Does this seem OK?
