Hi,
I am having a problem with route lists in CCM 702. I have 1 route list with 2 route groups in it. Each RG has 1 Voice Gateway in it. My problem is when my Primary PRI circuit goes down on the Primary Voice Gateway, calls fail to re route over the backup Voice gateway Bri Lines. If I disconnect the ethernet interface on the Primary VG, calls re route over the backup VG as expected. I have tried a number of IOS releases. Has anyone come across this issue. IS it a CCM 7 bug possibly?

I've the same issue with H.323 and CUCM 7.0.2 but setting the service parameters doesn't solve it.
Thank in advance.

if the service parameters do not work try add the command
no dial-peer outbound status-check pots
to the outbound peer on the H323 gateway.
This will send a temporary failure message instead of unallocated number which will allow the RL to continue to hunt.
