topology services wont start

I have LMS 2.6 and CM 4.0.11 all the program using java wont start that include Topology Services,Path analysis,Vlan port Assignment and so on.the program try to connecting ANI- server but just stay like that forever. I have restarted ANIServer- also Demon manager even restarted the the whole server. there is no change. any suggestion? Thanks in Advance.

Have you tried launching Topology Services on the server itself to rule out a network problem? Topology must be able to connect to TCP ports 1683 and 1684 on the server.

thanks J. The problem was related to evil java!! it's working on Firefox but wont work on ie-
