Solved: SCCP to MGCP calls

We have a VG224 configured for MGCP and used for faxes. Our IP and analog phones are SCCP. We cannot call SCCP to MGCP, but can call MGCP (using a butt set off of the 66A block). Our partitions/CSSs are good. We can call MGCP to MGCP. Everything is G711. Is there some service or enterprise parameter that may not allow for these calls? Any ideas?

If you're on 12.4(20)T watch out for this bug: CSCsr87229

You can try changing the caller ID or doing a 'debug mgcp packet' to see if you see the unsupported caller ID length
