we having issues with the 7920 wireless IP Phone that when we are calling from wireless to wired IP phone the call went through and we can hear voice; except that the voice is breaking.
However when we are calling from wireless phone to wireless phone; we are getting ring back tone and when we answer the call. the call connected and no voice at all.
do we have to upgrade the firmware or anything else needed??

Which APs are you using and have you conducted a survey for frequencies, coverage etc ?
