Auto Attendant Database - How to backup from Call Manager

The auto attendant in each PC has setup speed dial etc. for user convenience.

Instead of backing up this database containing speed dials etc. on each PC, is there a single file on the Cisco Call Manager (version 4 or 5 or 6) that we can backup and hence keep a backup of all the speed dials configured on each auto attendant PC.

Where is this file kept on Cisco Call Manager.

I have this problem too.

For backup the database you need to use BARS (Backup and Restore System) application for this purpose. For AA backup is not possible. If scripts are not modified then there is no such data to backup.
