I have Cisco Unified CallManager 4.2(3) and CUPM 1.3.1.
I'm using Active Directory in Cisco CallManager.
During the syncroniation of subsribers on CUPM I got error (NICE LOG):
IPT-1700: A device error occured, please check NICE log to determine the problem. | Cause - com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Unable to create envelope from given source
Can you describe my error?
