Service URLs and BAT

Hi there,

Does anyone know a way of BATing on a Service URL to all lines in a range? Basically we want to try and put a "Log On" button on an EM logged Off phone, using a phone button template that consists of a line and a service URL button.

It would save us quite a while rather than manually adding it to 400 phones! Version of CUCM is 6.1.

Use Bulk Administration > Phones > Insert Phones. When choose "overwrite" option, this actually update phones while preserving existing configuration.

Erm yes I was aware of that, but that's not really the problem.

I exported a phone that I had configured how I wanted it:

- Phone has Extension Mobility enabled

- Phone has CSS/AAR etc

- Phone has Phone button template that includes Button 1 as a line, and button 2 as a Service URL

- Line is applied to Line 1, and EM is applied to the Service URL Line button

I then used that Export to create my import. Everything went in fine apart from the Service URL.
