We have installation od Service Monitor 2.1 with 2 sensors. Both sensors are registered, but when we generate report we can't see any information for devices (everything is unavailable) but can see information for MOS and cause.

So how many phones does the system have discovered?

I think only IP address and mos come from the sensor. Device type and phone number information has to come from the call managers.

Cheers,

Michel

We have to sensors, one discovered around 60 devices and anopher on main location more than 1000. We have CCM 4.1(3)sr5 maybe that is problem. In service monitor it show that is connected to CCM, but don't show anything for Device DB in that section.

Your sensors don't discover devices. They only see RTP streams between IP addresses.

Check how many phones are discovered on the dashboard.

Check if all cluster devices (CCM's) are in a "monitored" state under devices.

Cheers,

Michel

Here is print screen of monitored devices. For CCM there is no known phone. But under CCM configuration of Service Monitor it shows that is connected to CCM.

Check if the CCM's are in a managed state under devices in Operations manager.

Check how many phones you see in the service level view

Cheers,

Michel
