IPCC Express - Report Info

We have a department that has an 800# that calls hit first before they enter the IPCC queue. The 800# hits ext: 8435 and if no one answers or the line is busy the call goes into the queue. 8435 is part of the queue, so if a call comes in and 8435 is busy and the queue goes into the queue and no one is available and 8435 gets off their call and they get the call from the queue will this show up on the historical reporting?
