Web Attendant - Maximizes/Minimizes on each call recieved

We have an issue where calls that come in force the web attendant console to minimize, them maximize. The only way I have been able to fix the issue is by reinstalling the application - but this wipes out all the speed dials and saved numbers.

Any one know what might be causing this and how to fix it without having to re-install it?

Hi JP,

Have you tried to use this method to enable / disable "Pop to Top" on AC :)

Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.

There is also another method listed nicely by Met (with screenshot) here;
