CDR Management on CUCM 6.1 - 'maximum' settings?

Hi,

Looking at the CDR Management page from the Serviceability GUI, it appears that there are several settings that can be altered:

Disk quota for storage of records.

Time for retention of CDR data (in days).

Low and High watermarks.

Is it possible to have a disk quota much larger than 3000MB? The limit seems to be 3300ish MB

Also - the Max days for retention of CDR records can be set between 1 and 30. I cannot seem to set it higher than this... Im sure on v3.3 we held CDR data for 60 days or so. Can i increase any of these settings at all?

things have changed, DB space is pre-allocated for DBs so it cannot go any further. that's the limit for CAR.

since now space is no longer unused you cannot save the info for very long periods as it was before, also cdr processed files are only kept 30 days and then deleted

max values you get to configure in the interface is all you can modify this

if you need to save info for longer periods configure a billing server under CDR management
