RSA Token based Authentication not supporting on few routers

Unanswered Question

We have enabled RSA Token based authentication on Cisco devices. Token based authentication is working fine except on few routers. These routers only supporting Windows based (Active Directory User) authentication while I changed to Windows Database on ACS.

.Once it changed to RSA Token ID Server on ACS still its asking the 'password' instead of 'Pass code'. Could anybody guide me how to resolve this issue.

Please note the configuration as below;

Router Model: 2650

IOS (tm) C2600 Software (C2600-IS-M), Version 12.2(13)T14,

Configuration on Router

R2650A#show run | include taca

aaa authentication login default local group tacacs+

ip tacacs source-interface FastEthernet0/0

tacacs-server host 172.16.x.x

tacacs-server directed-request

tacacs-server key cisco

Thank you very much

I have this problem too.
