These services are built in now. You do not need to add these services manually. You will find them by pressing the 'Directories' button on the phone and then 'Personal Directory'. You will need to login with a valid user and you will see those services.
After the end user is associated to the phone with a pin set they should be able to either login to the user page or login to the personal directories on the phone.
