this tipe error.. so what i will do and how it will do????

Hello Jayesh,

this device has probably experienced multiple crashes and the flash is probably full so last crash file couldn't be written and so it cannot be found now.

use

dir/all

the bootflash: is probably full with multiple crash files

upload all current crash files using tftp and examine them to look for common events
