During the install the Permissions Wizard takes care of most permissions and there are only a couple of things you have to do manually. Personally I use the UnityAdmin as the Admin and Install account but that is just personal preference. I like to have the UnityAdmin as a Domain Admin if customer will allow but that is just to give a little control over things. The UnityMsgStore user needs Exchange Delegated rights but just follow the document and it will walk you through everything that is needed. Below is and example of Unity 5/7 installation regarding user accounts.
Here is a list of all installation guides for different Unity versions.

Moral of the story, follow the instructions to the letter!

Hi,
About the user's accounts i will like to know. Can i use the unityadmin account as the unityinstall account by only creating the unityadmin account and not creating the unityinstall account? can we say is a good practice?
this comes from the install guide
"By default, the Cisco Unity administration account is the installation account. If you prefer to use an account other than the installation account to be the first Cisco Unity administration account, create an additional domain account for that purpose. "

under The Account Used to Access the Cisco Unity Administrator

I do like to do it as you described. I stopped creating a unityinstall account and just used the unityadmin account for both the installation and the administration user account.

Thanks for you respose,
as i know the installation software has scripts for permissions and not sure if as well links in the unity application the user which installs and admins the app, is there any manual step required to acomplish the installation this way, ot it stills the next, next kind of installation?
Thanks.

it is still next, next, next type steps. whenever it prompts which account to use for installation and then subsequently admin just put in unityadmin for both. Nothing major at all.

Great then, finally, do you know if there is any side effect of doing so? Have you heared something goes wrong or something happens after doing so?
thanks again.

I have been doing this way for several years on every Unity Install with no adverse effects so as far as I know there are no issues.
