BAT Update IP phone pending

Hi,

I updated Softkey template IP Phone configuration by using BAT. But when I runned it immediately, The Phones were not update. I looked in Job Scheduler , it was pending.

any ideas?

is the bulk provisioning service running???

it's not activated by default
