LMS3.0 unable to detect Cisco 4506E

We have recently installed LMS3.0 & configured device detection, all the Cisco LAN switches & routers gets detected except Cisco 4506E distribution switches.

Under the device Type they appear as ciscoProducts.875, how can we rectify this??

No sure how recent your install is as 3.0.1 and even 3.1 is out for quite some time. This runs with the same licences.

Did you check on CCO if these devices are in the supported devices list?

Did you run a device update to get the latest packages?

Hi,

What is the IOS version of the 4506E? Can u check the version with the one suported by LMS 3.0 / RME. Check the below link for the same.
