hello

in what devices i can find the ios firewall services, ZBF and url filtering? is it in routers only or there is in PIX too?

PIX and ASA devices support ZBF, URL filtering and firewall services. However almost all mid to high end routers have ios firewall feature (Cisco3640 router with IOS version 12.2 supports firewall services) and ISR series routers support ZBF and URL filtering.
