Hi, we're trying to create a 2048 request for an EV SSL cert from our concentrator 3000, running 4.7.2.L. When the cert is created however, it only creates a 2047 bit request. We need a 2048 however, as it is to span 2 years, and 2048 is due to become the minimum shortly.
Can anyone advise why this would happen, or any way we can get around this?
Thanks!

RSA 1024 bits = Generate 1024-bit keys using the RSA algorithm. This key size provides high security, and it requires approximately 4 to 8 times more processing than the 512-bit key.

Hi amritpatek, thanks for your response. However, this is not possible as the minimum key length supported by Extended Validation certificates in 2010 will be 2048
