IP Phone automatic reset

Hello All,

I am using UCCM 6.1 and since the last IP Phone loads update, the phone reset every two minutes if not in a call.

In settings - status - statu messages (in the phone) a message appears telling tftp error and No CTL installed. I have checked with service monitor that tftp is working.

any idea?

I see the same problem on a couple of my phones. Im going to try swapping the actual phone out.

I do not remember exactly how I did, but I remember that the problem was on the device firmware. What I did is to change the firmware in CM to an older one.

Try updating device package, and if it does not work, try to download from Cisco web an older firmware for the device affected, then load into CCM and select it as default for that model.
