Guys, I am trying to integrate my UCCX 7.0 with CUPS 7. and when I enter the user details in CAD under the AXL user information, I get the following error:

CDAUI2034: Invalid Cisco Unified Presence Cluster user

credentials. Configured user must be able to run

SOAP queries.

This user has is in the AXL user group with Standar AXL API aceess roles.

How do I enable a user ot run SOAP queries?

Did you manage the fix this?

I'm getting the same problem. The user has AXL role, and also has CUP enabled. I've tried an Application & End user. Still no luck.
