Can you provide more detailed information regarding your AP and camera setup?  What type of wireless security are you using?

If you are changing the camera's wireless security parameters while the camera is connected wirelessly you may experience connectivity issues after enabling the changes.  I'd highly recommend making these types of changes when the camera is connected via it's wired interface.
