Transfer Call Drop

Hi Guys,

My Customer have any directory number that is with following problem: When A receive the call external and try transfer B, the call drop. The same problem occur when a one call is did internal. I verify the CSS and didn't found problem.

Hi Wilson,

In most cases

it is a codec mismatch problem

Please check if there is a transcoder exist in your MRGL

Or you have the 3-ip phones using the same codec [ in the same regon ]

I Verify the configuration and it correct. My Customer didn't nothing change in the network. The problem is occuring randomly.

Collect the traces, open them up and do a search on "Mediaresource" See if you have any allocation errors.

Thank You for your collaboration. I will verify this possibility, but,I don't believe that the problem is lack of resource, because, the Customer have many bandwidth available. The Regions is configuring all sites with G.711
