Solved: UCCX 7.0 intergration with CUPS 7.0

Im tyring to get this integration owrking, however when my Adent desktop tries to login, I get an error saying that " an error has occured communicating to Cisco Unified presence service. The application will automatically contiune attempting to connect"

I have tested CUPS and evrything works on CUPS. I even ran the troubleshooter and it works okay.

Ok, got this working.

Had to add an Incoming ACL on the Presence server to allow for my users domain.

Thanks, adding an incoming ACL for the agents network resolved the issue
