ACS Upgrade failed from V4.0 to 4.1

We received an error and upgrade aborted on a windows 2003 server:

Failed to export user data base

please check there is sufficient disk space

setup will now exit

we have plenty of disk space though...

Any body got this error and how is it fixed?

I have this problem too.

This happens due to huge logs stored in acs.

Please go to C--> Program files--->ACS--->CSauth --->Logs. Relocate all files or delete if you not need them, except the recent file.

Do the same for all 7 folders, CSauth, CSadmin, Cslog,CSmon, CStacacs, CSradius, CSdbsync.

Now you should be able to upgrade.
