Hello:
I want to do a videoconference between two endpoints through a gw. I choose 128 Kbps, and I have only the audio. The GK admits the call for the gw but in the openLogicalChannel phase I have this:
value MultimediaSystemControlMessage ::= request : openLogicalChannel :

}
Why I have this message? The gw sends some BRQ to the GK, and the BW for the call goes to 1,5 Mpbs.
When I choose a video call with 384 kpbs I can't not establish the call, even the audio channel.
when is my surprise when I try it with a MCU and the video goes right. What can be the difference? What can I try to see in the debugs?
Thanks everybody
Antonio

The bandwidth of the video call is selected by dialing a specific GW service. In the GW -> Settings -> Advanced check the "minimum bandwidth for video call" and "default service bandwidth". These should be set for a minimum of 128k. Also GW -> Settings -> Bonding, make sure bonding is enabled.
