regarding call pickup feature in CCM6.1,with pickup feature in ccm, CCM displayes only one incoming call and we can pickup only one call at a time from a group... how we can configure ccm to see the all incoming calls that are parallel calls via pickup softkey ... and then user should have access tht what ever incoming call he wants to pick he should be able to pick ....
that is not possible, it's treated in a FIFO manner
there's no capability to show you a list and then you choose
