Deleting LMS Devices not in ACS

Is there a way to delete devices or IP addresses LMS discovers that are not in ACS?

You have two options. One is to temporarily break ACS integration, clean up DCR, then re-enable integration. The other is to temporarily add the missing devices as clients to the ACS server, cleanup DCR, then remove them from DCR.

The issue is let's say a switch has IP addresses assigned to various ports. Discovery is adding each IP as a device and of course it isn't in ACS. How do you configure discovery not to add those ports?

What version of LMS are you using?

3.0 with Dec 07 update

I believe you're seeing CSCsm66330. This bug is fixed in LMS 3.1, and a patch is available at http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-cd-one .
