In Unity Conneciton 7,
During playing the general greeting or openning greeting, when I enter the extension, it will transfer and ring the extension.
In Unity Connection 1.X or other version, it will direct to the entered extension voicemail.
Where can I change setting, or setting some rule to reach this goal?

go to the user, under transfer settings.
choose send directly to mailbox.
that's not related to version but to the way you configured your system
