We are using IPCC Enterprise 7.2.4, AW's are on different servers and so as loggers.
As per our customer requirement we are developing customization report using Crystal reporting software.
All the fields which customer asked we are able to locate them in SQL database.
However we are unable to find one field. Which is for forwarded calls. What they have is call center ip phones are on one IPT cluster which is dedicated to only call center phones and they have other IPT phones for rest of office telephony. Both the clusters are linked using ICT. So if Agent forward the ICM call to finance department which is not the part of call center ipt, can we get these details from IPCC database? or would it be in call manager database only?
We are struggling to find forwarded call field in the database which has this information.
Anyone please help us!!
