PRI Denies unknown number

Hi Pros,

There is the issues, I have two pries. The way they set up now deny all call coming from an unknow number(caller ID not listed). IS there a way, I can have the pri to accept the call even the other party does not need to show his number?

Yes. In fact, the configuration that you have is not normal and you should look at the details of how it was achieved.

What do you mean by it not normal? This configuration is till forwarding call as usual. The only issue is that unknown caller id .

I mean, it is not normal that calls without a CLID are rejected. This does not happen by default, possibly it is happening at telco level.
