Hello we have a UCCX 5.0 with QM 2.4, but to need to do updraded to UCCX 7.0 and qm2.6. how can I to do it?

Hi Santiago

You need a couple of things:

1. The Software CDs with UCCX 7 and QM2.6

2. The appropriate licenses

No.1 is easy but for No.2 you will need to use the PUT tool to get the license upgraded or contact licensing@cisco.com.

Remember QM 2.6 now checks for a valid license when connecting to UCCX.

The upgrading process is relatively painless.
