Hello I need to know as I can record 100% of recording of calls simultaneously and in an aleatory way the recording of the screen?

There are quite a few third party products that can assist you with call recording and monitoring. You may want to consider looking at vendors like Verint/Witness, eTalk, or Telrex (www.telrex.com/cisco_call_recording.htm).

Hello Thanks for reply , But I actually have Quality Management 2.4 with UCCX 5.0.2.

QM can archive all audio conversations, and/or do QM, which is audio & screen recording for evaluation.
