Monitor particular extension

Currently we are using Cisco CallManager 6 and the Cisco 3825 as voice gateway connected to E1 line. How can we monitor just a particular extension number which registered on CCM? We are facing a problem that a Cisco phone keep cut off the line every 20mins whereas other phone still working fine and we have replaced the phone and cable but the problem still occur. Appreciate for any comment or suggestion. Thanks.

Is this just a problem for one phone; what model is it and are you using the same model somewhere else?

Your best option is to monitor it via the CCM logs. Check the time when the phone unregisters and have a look at the trace files..
