Hello Ocporbust,

being a fiber based link it should be 1000 Mbps full always not configurable.

I don't understand why one side was telling it was half duplex.

I would try to remove all duplex commands but I suspect the gbic is not working well.

Edit:

being a GE port with two possible plugs

int gi0/3

no full duplex

media-type sfp

shut

no shut
