CTIOS Agent Unable to transfer

CTIOS Agent sometimes unable to transfer the call, gets IPCC error 10109 The Number you dialed is not valid for your defined calling plan.

Error code gives a description,


1st Level Text = 'The agent is attempting to make a call that is not valid for their defined call plan'

2nd Level Text = 'The call type that the call was classified into is not allowed forthe dialed Number Plan used'

But couldn't get an idea what is this ?

I have this problem too.
