Hi
We are getting reports from Cisco Works that one of the interfaces on the router is getting InputPacketErrorPct 18%.
I have tried chafing the cable (just incase).
Any idea's what I could try next?

Hello Sean,
telnet/ssh to the router and take a
sh interface type x/y
from this you can get the type of errors that are involved feel free to post the output of the show
