CUPS: Cisco AXL Web Service problem

I'm configuring CUPS Services are running fine until yesterday that Cisco AXL Web Service status is "Not Running" but activation status is "Activated".

Also from CLI, utils service list shows me:

Cisco AXL Web Service[STOPPED] Component is not running.

AXL settings and user-id are just fine under Troubleshooter.

This is a lab environment. I don't have equipment blocking traffic between CUCM and CUPS.

Tomcat and AXL Services are running in CUCM.

Any idea can help me run this service again?

Does the user configured has AXL role on CUCM?

Hi Michael,

Yes. It has been assigned the Standard AXL API Access Role.

I noticed this service was not running via RTMT after changing the timezone via CLI and rebooting the server.

Too strange...
