How do I establish static routes (bi-directional) between the VRF and the global table?

Single VRF, Full BGP. EIGRP inside the VRF.

I do not have a 6509,

but on IOS you attach the "global" keyword to the VRF route, and on the incoming Interfaces, I set up a policy map to send the proper traffic to the vrf.
