LMS 3.1 - wae7326 devices do not pass credential verification

Hi,

I have 3 wae7326 content engines (running ACNS 5.5.7.7) that are not passing the credential verification reports.

When I look at the report, the telnet field shows as being empty. However, when I look at the credential export for these devices, there the proper userid and password is there.

I do not have this problem with the CE560's that we have (which are running the same code level).

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

What are the sysObjectIDs from these WAE devices?

The OID for all 3 devices is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.601

These devices are not yet supported by RME. I do not have an ETA for support.
